B2C Sales Manager responsible for building relationships for clean energy access in Hamburg. Engaging with building owners and tenants to promote sustainable energy solutions.
Responsibilities
You ensure that more building owners and tenants gain access to clean electricity by actively generating new contacts, winning multipliers, and developing opportunities in a structured way.
Take on and further develop qualified opportunities
Prospecting and outbound activities to generate additional leads
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers on the customer side
Present our tenant electricity solution in persuasive sales meetings
Independent pipeline management including forecasting and deal strategy
Manage the entire sales process – from initial contact to successful close
Apply modern sales methodologies for structured opportunity qualification
Requirements
Motivation for cold calling – for you it’s not a necessary evil but a core part of the role
Not afraid of rejection
High activity level and structured way of working
Enjoyment of phone work and first contacts
Outbound experience desirable but not required
1–4 years of sales experience (e.g., outbound sales, SDR, telesales, call center, structured sales, direct sales) is a plus
Experience with solar installers, electricians, or energy topics is an advantage
High school diploma (Abitur) or degree (e.g., business/communication) is a plus but not decisive
Very strong communication skills – persuasive, clear and reliable
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Structured opportunity qualification
Independent pipeline management and accurate forecasting
Advanced HubSpot skills advantageous
Confident with Google Workspace & Confluence
