Responsibilities
Developing, building and maintaining relationships with customers and intermediaries to expand the people risk business nationally
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, internal and external stakeholders
Being the voice of the customer in our business, working across different business units to optimize the customer program
Requirements
Extensive workers compensation experience from either a Broker, Account Management, Claims or Underwriting background
A market presence that ensures credibility
Strong working knowledge and understanding of workers compensation
Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent analytical skills and a high attention to detail
Knowledge of the insurance industry and claims lifecycle.
