Responsibilities
Lead the Partner Management department, including planning, budget responsibility, and target achievement
Establish, maintain, and expand partnerships, ensuring service quality for clients
Develop and implement partner strategies, models, and processes
Scale sales (key accounts, new customer acquisition, segmentation, and sales channels)
Collaborate with product/service management and sales marketing
KPI-driven monitoring of partnerships (revenue, reach, customer access)
Team development, recruiting, performance management, and talent development
Change management and process optimization within the partner ecosystem
Report to the Head of Market & Partnerships
Requirements
University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Banking or similar) or equivalent qualification
Several years of relevant leadership experience in partner management or business development
Strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and ability to structure complex topics
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills, and experience in stakeholder management
Willingness to travel
Excellent, negotiation-level German (C2) and good English skills (B2)
