Responsibilities
Responsible for profitable D2C growth across all relevant acquisition and retention channels
Strategic management of Digital Marketing & CRM across the entire funnel
Derive clear priorities and roadmaps from company objectives
Lead the Digital Marketing & CRM team, both technically and disciplinarily
Build and optimize structures, processes, and decision-making logic
Drive data-driven decision making through the use of BI tools
Close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to further develop acquisition, retention, and membership (app)
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media or Communication Sciences, or equivalent
5–7 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing & CRM, ideally in a D2C environment
Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok & Google Ads Manager, as well as Klaviyo and Charles (or similar)
Experience with BI tools, multi-attribution models, and Asana (or similar)
Strong ownership and performance mindset with high initiative
Strong analytical skills, decisive and resilient — able to perform under pressure
Motivating leadership style with excellent communication and feedback skills
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
