Responsibilities
You plan, set up and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Instagram, from initial concept through to ongoing performance optimization
You analyze campaign data, identify optimization opportunities and turn them into concrete recommendations
You create reports that genuinely help clients progress — clear, easy to understand, and aligned with their business goals
You work closely with the influencer and creative teams to ensure paid and organic efforts work together seamlessly
You actively contribute to pitches and client presentations and provide strategic consultation on paid social
Requirements
You have at least 2 years of experience in paid social, ideally from an agency or high-growth environment
You know Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager inside out and understand how to plan campaigns across the full funnel
You have a strong instinct for creative assets and understand which formats and hooks perform best on each platform
Experience with influencer whitelisting or creator ads is a real plus
You communicate fluently in German and English; additional languages are welcome
