About the role
- Executive role managing the complete employee lifecycle from hiring to development. Contributing to team culture and operational efficiency at Pulse Advertising.
Responsibilities
- Du begleitest unser globales Team durch den kompletten Employee Lifecycle – von Einstellungsprozess bis zum nächsten großen Karriereschritt
- Du bist unsere Go-to-Person für alles rund ums Thema People: Verträge, Development, Onboarding/Offboarding und Team-Events
- Du managest unsere Teamdaten in Personio und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos und up-to-date läuft
- Du organisierst kreative Events und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kultur und Werte nicht nur Worte bleiben, sondern im Alltag gelebt werden
- Du bringst frischen Wind in eigene Projekte, sei es Prozessoptimierung, People Development oder Recruiting. Du machst den Unterschied!
Requirements
- Du hast BWL, HR-Management oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung im Personalbereich abgeschlossen und bringst mehr als 2 Jahre Erfahrung mit
- Arbeitsrecht? Kein Problem für dich. Du kennst dich bestens aus
- Du bist mit Tools wie Personio bestens vertraut und sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch (andere Sprachen sind ein Plus)
- Dein Blick fürs Detail ist unschlagbar, du arbeitest sorgfältig und bist immer verlässlich
- Du weißt: Kultur schreibt man nicht auf Papier, man lebt sie. Du hilfst dabei, eine vernetzte und inklusive Teamatmosphäre zu schaffen
