Screening von Bewerbungsunterlagen und Durchsprache der Kandidaten mit dem Fachbereich unter Einhaltung der KPIs
Active Sourcing auf geeigneten Plattformen (LinkedIn, Xing)
Durchführung des Personalauswahlprozesses (Telefoninterviews, Videointerviews, persönliche Vorstellungsgespräche)
Aufbau eines Talentpools
Planung und Durchführung von Employer Branding Maßnahmen wie bspw. Karrieremessen
Requirements
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium bspw. der Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt HR, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Psychologie oder vergleichbar
