- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, workflows, templates, and candidate management tools.
- Provide general support to the HR team on day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth operational delivery and timely response to internal stakeholders.
- Participate in ad hoc HR Projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Approx. 5 years of proven work experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on recruitment, headhunting, and operational tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex schedules, maintain detailed documentation, and manage multiple priorities.
- A high-energy, passionate approach to assignments, driving engagement and excellence in every aspect of the job.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to build trust with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset to identify and resolve issues within HR systems and processes.
- High integrity and commitment to safeguarding sensitive HR data and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
