About the role
- Technical Asset Manager in real estate handling renovation projects and budget planning. Collaborating with teams to enhance property value and compliance with laws in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Planning, coordination and oversight of CapEx and modernization measures (our renovation concept)
- Preparation of the annual maintenance plan
- Budget planning, control and responsibility for technical measures
- Responsibility for renovating vacant or terminated units
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations (e.g., operator responsibilities, maintenance obligations)
- Developing and implementing measures to increase property value
- Tendering and awarding contracts for technical services
- Preparing reports and presentations for management
- Analyzing and evaluating real estate investments to identify optimization potential
- Conducting regular property/site inspections
- Contributing to the development of real estate strategies and asset management concepts
Requirements
- Degree in a construction-related field (civil engineering, architecture, real estate with a technical focus, facility management, business administration) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in technical asset management or project management of construction projects
- Solid knowledge of construction and procurement law
- Experience coordinating service providers and projects
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and team spirit
