About the role
- Consultant in Banking focusing on regulatory reporting and ESG projects at Primexis. Collaborating with financial directions of major banks and contributing to regulatory compliance and transformation.
Responsibilities
- Within the Banking, Insurance & Advisory Department, you will work with the finance departments of major banks.
- Specialized in regulatory, prudential and ESG reporting, you will be a trusted partner to our clients on the following assignments:
- Deployment of large regulatory transformation programs (ESG, Basel IV, CRR3/CRD6, IREF, IBRD/World Bank…)
- Monitoring and governance of liquidity ratios (LCR, NSFR…), solvency ratios (RWA, SCR…) and resolution ratios (LDR, MREL, TLAC…)
- Ensuring compliance of regulatory and prudential reporting (FINREP, COREP…) following recommendations from the ECB or other supervisory authorities
- Optimization of internal controls and risk management
- Formalization of target processes, governance and supporting business lines during the implementation of new tools
- Improving and securing the data quality of regulatory reporting outputs (impact analyses, proposed solutions and implementation)
- You will also contribute to firm projects and support the development of our colleagues.
Requirements
- You hold a Master’s-level degree (e.g., business school/university, DSCG, Master CCA, Master's in Finance).
- You have at least 2 years of experience gained in a consulting or audit firm, a financial institution or at a banking regulator (ACPR, ECB, …).
- You have solid knowledge of national and international reporting frameworks and regulations with significant impact: IFRS standards, BCBS 239, COREP, FINREP, Surfi, Basel…
- And/or you master project management methodologies and tools (Agile methodology, planning, budget management, quality plan, team supervision and coordination).
- With good interpersonal skills, team spirit and organizational abilities, you are committed to developing your skills throughout your career.
- You are proficient in English.
