Requirements
Passion for sales and enjoyment of phone-based outreach
Experience in B2B tele-sales or comparable high-quality outbound contact work
German at native level, very good English
Confident with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
Ability to explain technical topics (e.g., AI, Industry 4.0) in a clear and accessible way
Experience with sales tools, lead scoring, and automation (nice-to-haves)
Affinity for technology, IoT, and digitalization
Some experience with trade shows and events (nice-to-haves)
