Requirements
Passion for sales & enjoyment of phone-based outreach
Experience in B2B telephone sales or comparable high-quality prospecting
German at native level, very good English
Confident with Office applications & ideally CRM systems
Ability to communicate technical topics (e.g., AI, Industry 4.0) clearly
Experience with sales tools, lead scoring, automation (nice-to-haves)
Affinity for technology, IoT, digitalization (nice-to-haves)
