Responsibilities
- Support the Program Manager and help with leadership, scheduling, oversight, and coordination for a program providing technology solutions and advisory services.
- Provide project management oversight of tasks supporting the USCIS program.
- Effectively lead technical professionals and provide consultation on processes and expectations.
- Schedule workload and track projects and resources.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal management teams.
- Provide comprehensive periodic management reports to the customer and program manager.
- Support recruiting, staffing, and onboarding technical resources.
- Manage budget and spend plans.
Requirements
- Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience on an enterprise cybersecurity or Zero Trust project.
- Knowledge in the use and management of Microsoft Project software.
- Forethought, with the capacity to identify, minimize and manage risks.
- Proven ability to facilitate and run exceptional meetings.
- Experience conducting client management activities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills; demonstrable team-building skills, proven leadership ability.
