About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-risk, and high-visibility HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise and HR strategic priorities.
  • Translate project charters into clear project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive execution excellence across multiple workstreams, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality commitments are met.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • 7–10 years of progressive project management experience, including leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience within Human Resources (e.g., HR operations, HR Technology, HR Shared Services, or COE’s).
  • Demonstrated experience leading HR technology or vendor-implemented solutions.
  • Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence senior leaders in complex environments.
