Responsibilities
Plan and develop navigation flows aligned with the company's identity and user needs;
Conduct research, interviews, and usability testing to validate hypotheses and inform design decisions;
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual components in alignment with the company's Design System;
Ensure usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across all digital touchpoints;
Participate in delivery acceptance with QA to ensure visual consistency of components;
Monitor adoption and engagement metrics for solutions (via Clarity and Google Analytics), proposing continuous improvements;
Lead the evolution of the Design System and promote interface best practices;
Serve as the UX product reference, driving continuous improvement of the digital experience;
Develop design guidelines and documentation to ensure visual consistency across projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed);
Microsoft Office suite;
Project Management;
Design Thinking, UX Research, and UX Writing;
Figma, Adobe XD, etc.;
Advanced knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and interaction design principles;
Experience creating interaction designs, wireframes, wireflows, and conducting usability/navigation testing;
UX/UI design certification;
Plus: Experience with animations and micro-interactions;
Design methodologies and agile methodologies;
