About the role
- ITSCM role ensuring recovery of IT services for PostFinance. Responsibilities include risk assessment and developing recovery plans.
Responsibilities
- You ensure that, in the event of major incidents, the continuation or rapid restoration of IT services is guaranteed
- You continuously update the IT Business Impact Analysis and ensure that the resulting availability requirements are considered and met company-wide and by outsourcing partners
- On behalf of PostFinance’s Risk Management, you identify, assess and manage ITSCM-relevant risks
- You develop and update ITSCM recovery options and disaster recovery plans and regularly verify their effectiveness through tests and exercises
Requirements
- Education in the IT field and in ITSCM (e.g., CITSCM, ISO/IEC 27031, Lead Auditor ISO 22301)
- Several years of experience in ITSCM, ideally within the financial sector
- Ability to think and act across functions, quickly identify interdependencies and derive appropriate measures
- Confident and persuasive communication when interacting with internal and external control bodies
- Motivation to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
