About the role
- Consultor(a) pedagógico(a) managing educational contracts and improving educational results for public education. Requires teaching experience and living in Rondonópolis/MT.
Responsibilities
- Manage contractual and pedagogical activities;
- Maximize the use of contracted resources to improve learning outcomes;
- Monitor learning indicators of students in partner networks and develop strategies to advance educational metrics;
- Ensure and monitor the implementation of the pedagogical hours stipulated in the contract;
- Deploy and implement the Aprende Brasil education system and other publisher products at client sites;
- Deliver lectures, courses, and provide in-person and online support;
- Handle pedagogical administrative management with partner institutions;
- Complete the required documentation to evidence contractual deliverables;
- Negotiate contract maintenance and renewals with support from the Commercial team;
- Record and report actions carried out with partner institutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy or related fields, complemented by postgraduate studies or a Master's degree.
- Experience in teaching and/or management in Basic Education.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Reside in Rondonópolis/MT or surrounding areas;
- Availability for frequent travel (up to 20 days/month);
- Valid driver's license (CNH category B);
- Organizational skills and autonomy for planning visits and preparing reports.
- Experience providing support and training to teachers and school leaders is a plus.
- A Master's or Doctorate in the educational field is a plus.
