Responsibilities
- Deliver organisational change management activities to support a major digital health transformation for Defence
- Assess and manage change impacts across people, process, technology and systems, with a strong clinical focus
- Develop and execute change, engagement and communication activities aligned to the JP2060 OCM Strategy
- Translate OCM strategy into practical, site- and stakeholder-specific change activities
- Support business readiness, adoption and transition through targeted stakeholder engagement and clinical networks
- Identify, monitor and manage adoption risks and issues, escalating insights and recommendations as required
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Formal qualifications in Change Management, Communications, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change management on complex programs or initiatives
- Proven experience supporting business and/or clinical change, including engagement and communication activities in digital or technology-enabled environments
- Experience working within complex stakeholder environments
- Strong professional capability in written, verbal and interpersonal communication
- Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively as part of a collaborative team
