New Home Consultant responsible for guiding homebuyers through the purchasing process at Lennar. Engaging customers and providing exceptional support throughout sales to closing.
Responsibilities
Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine their home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy
Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads
Provide consistent and timely follow-through with customers from initial contact through closing
Maintain the condition of the Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes
Travel throughout the local community to generate leads from Realtor/Co-Broker businesses
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the competitive market
Monitor and record daily customer traffic utilizing company-designated tracking tools
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth transaction and exceptional customer satisfaction
Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree and real estate license preferred
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field
Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
