About the role
- Automation Consultant working at Vivicta on modern solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate. Collaborating globally to implement scalable automations and support clients from idea to production.
Responsibilities
- Arbeta tillsammans med verksamhetsintressenter för att identifiera och bedöma automationsmöjligheter
- Designa, bygga, testa och driftsätta automationer i UiPath och Power Automate (moln och desktop)
- Skapa återanvändbara komponenter, mallar och standarder
- Integrera lösningar med affärssystem (t.ex. SAP), webbaserade system och API:er
- Använda AI-funktionalitet (OCR/IDP, OpenAI, AI Builder) där det skapar mervärde
- Ansvara för produktionssupport: övervaka, felsöka och åtgärda problem snabbt
- Säkerställa tydlig dokumentation för både utveckling och förvaltning
- Följa säkerhets-, styrnings- och compliance-krav
- Samarbeta med verksamhet, IT och infrastrukturteam globalt
- Stödja pre-sales genom lösningsdesign, scope-arbete och kostnadsestimat
Requirements
- Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
- Kandidatexamen inom relevant område
- Certifieringar inom UiPath och Power Automate
- Erfarenhet av Python, Robot Framework, andra RPA-verktyg och/eller PowerShell (meriterande)
