About the role

  • Consultant role implementing Benner health management software solutions for clients in the health sector. Involves training and supporting users in effective system utilization.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure the Benner solution remotely or on-site;
  • Train system users;
  • Provide ad-hoc support via phone, email and ticketing systems;
  • Support project managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields;
  • Experience with sales, administrative, accounting, tax, finance, billing, or inventory processes;
  • Experience supporting healthcare management systems or in system implementation/configuration;
  • Desirable knowledge of SQL and VBA;
  • Proactivity and a delivery-oriented mindset.
