Requirements
Completed IT vocational training, e.g., as an IT specialist (m/f/d), or equivalent education or comparable practical experience
Solid experience with Active Directory
Experience in IT support (Level 1 and Level 2)
Basic knowledge of IT documentation or ticketing systems
Experience in heterogeneous IT environments (Windows, clients, servers)
Structured, solution-oriented working style
Strong service and customer orientation
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Good German language skills
