About the role

• Software Analyst developing and maintaining auto insurance systems at Porto. Ensuring software quality and implementing best practices for development and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Work on the development, enhancement and maintenance of Automobile Claims systems;
• Apply industry best practices in software development (testing, reuse, components, frameworks, design patterns, agile methodologies).

Requirements

• Required development technologies: Apex (Callouts, Triggers, Batches and Test Classes), Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows.
• Desired development technologies: OmniStudio/Vlocity (Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards and OmniScripts), Business Rules Engine and Action Plans.
• Experience with Salesforce Clouds (desired): Financial Services (Insurance), Experience and Service.
• General knowledge of the Salesforce platform: limits, licensing, permissioning, object modeling and implementation best practices.
• Develop and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Create and manage objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes and reports.
• Integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Apply development best practices and perform unit testing to ensure code quality.
• Elicit and analyze business requirements with users to propose the best solutions on the platform.
• Knowledge of Field Service is a plus.
