About the role

  • Werkstudent in Sales Team helping with customer relationships at a growing SaaS startup. Responsibilities include CRM management, lead contact, and onboarding support.

Responsibilities

  • You are part of our sales team and help lay the foundation for long-term customer relationships.
  • Maintain our CRM system (Pipedrive) — create, organize, and update records
  • Reach out to potential customers (no cold calling; qualified leads)
  • Assist with the preparation of meetings and sales materials
  • Follow up on inactive leads
  • Help with onboarding new customers
  • Participate in selected customer meetings on-site or remotely
  • Support upselling opportunity analyses and internal sales reporting

Requirements

  • You are a currently enrolled student — preferably in a business, communications, or related degree program
  • You work in a structured and reliable way and have strong communication instincts
  • You enjoy speaking with people — by phone, email, or in person
  • Initial practical experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
  • You are familiar with digital tools and can quickly learn new systems
  • Interest in modern technologies, SaaS, or AI solutions is desirable but not required
