Responsibilities
Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan across paid, owned, and earned channels (email, social, content, website, partnerships) to drive customer acquisition, subscription revenue, and brand awareness
Own campaign strategy end-to-end: market research, positioning, audience segmentation, creative briefs, channel mix, execution, and post-campaign optimization
Build and manage performance marketing programs (paid social, search, retargeting) with clear targets for CAC, ROAS, and subscription conversion
Lead content and storytelling efforts, including landing pages, email sequences, case studies, and thought leadership that support the full funnel from awareness to retention
Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to align messaging, offers, and campaigns, ensuring tight feedback loops on lead quality and customer insights
Implement and optimize marketing automation, CRM workflows, and reporting dashboards to track conversion rates, subscription metrics, and campaign ROI
Own brand consistency across all touchpoints and evolve our value proposition, messaging, and visual identity as we scale
Test and scale new channels and programs (referral, influencer, partnerships, community) to unlock incremental growth
Manage vendors, freelancers, and agencies while maintaining high quality and speed
Build repeatable marketing playbooks that can scale as the team grows
Requirements
5–8+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns in D2C or subscription businesses
Demonstrated track record of executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable acquisition, revenue, or engagement results
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce) and comfort working with data and analytics
Strong skills in positioning, customer segmentation, and messaging
Experience collaborating closely with Sales or Revenue teams in KPI-driven environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with examples of campaigns or systems you’ve led
Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where processes are built from the ground up
