Responsibilities
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of cross-functional projects and programs.
Actively manage project scope, schedule, risks and issues to ensure timely delivery and achievement of business objectives.
Facilitate project scope definition and timeline and resource estimations.
Maintain accurate project schedules and documentation in accordance with EPMO policies and procedures.
Manage dependencies between teams to minimize delays.
Conduct regular project meetings to manage action items and dependencies and monitor progress.
Deliver weekly project reporting with visibility into progress, risk, value delivery and resource utilization.
Develop effective working relationships to foster shared ownership of project outcomes and ensure stakeholder needs are identified and met.
Proactively monitor and communicate project risks and issues and development of mitigation plans.
Assist with lean process reviews and mapping exercises.
Assist with quarterly program planning, ensuring alignment of business-led initiatives with technology roadmaps and dependencies.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in software or technology project management and an advanced degree; OR a minimum of 8 years of equivalent experience.
Project management experience in an Agile environment.
Professional certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent.
