Senior FX Sales Manager leading full sales cycles for Pliant's FX product. Driving client acquisition and building relationships across global markets.
Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition globally and build a high-quality sales pipeline across key markets.
Achieve and exceed revenue and KPI targets through strategic sales execution and market penetration.
Act as a pioneer and market scout for Pliant’s FX offering - test the product-market-fit, gather customer insights, and feed learnings back to product and leadership.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients, finance leaders, and strategic partners in global markets.
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance to align go-to-market strategies.
Represent Pliant at global events, webinars, and strategic industry forums to elevate brand presence.
Requirements
Proven experience in selling FX products, ideally FX and international payments, Fintech SaaS, or cross-border solutions
Strong track record of new client acquisition and revenue growth in a global context
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (mandatory); additional European languages are a plus
Comfortable in a startup/scale-up environment - self-starter, willing to experiment, learn fast, and adapt
Nice to Have: Experience in FX pricing, risk management or corporate treasury relationships. Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales methodologies
