About the role
- Digital Transformation Consultant optimizing business processes and implementing digital solutions for organizations in Singapore. Engaging stakeholders, managing projects, and supporting user transitions for digital tools.
Responsibilities
- **The Job: **
- **1. Business Process Analysis**
- Assess existing processes, tools, and systems.
- Identify inefficiencies and digitalisation opportunities.
- **2. Solution Design & Implementation**
- Recommend and configure digital tools (collaboration, automation, analytics).
- Support implementation, testing, and rollout of solutions.
- **3. Change Management**
- Develop communication and adoption plans.
- Conduct training sessions and create user documentation.
- Support users during transition to new digital tools.
- **4. Stakeholder Engagement**
- Work with department heads to align initiatives with business needs.
- Facilitate workshops to capture requirements and feedback.
- **5. Monitoring & Reporting**
- Track adoption metrics and performance improvements.
- Prepare reports on impact, ROI, and lessons learned.
- **6. Government Grant Applications**
- To support clients with the relevant government grant applications.
- Engage with government agencies to support and develop grant solutions for Pixlr clients.****
- **7. Project Management **
- Manage assigned projects for clients in digital transformation projects.
- Manage partner relationships for third party solutions that are included in our projects.
- Deliver project objectives to meet budget, revenue and other targets.
Requirements
- **The Person: **
- 3-5 years of experience in digital transformation or process optimization.
- Expertise in implementing and managing digital tools (collaboration, automation, analytics).
- Strong background in project management, from planning to delivery.
- Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with government grant applications for digital projects.
- Self-driven, with a passion for continuous learning and driving business improvements.
