Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, high-level support to the executives, managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth communication across multiple platforms
Lead and monitor the execution of key projects, working with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are on track, deadlines are met, and deliverables are completed
Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports to inform executive decision-making
Represent the executive in meetings, communications, and other key interactions
Handle all forms of communication, including email, phone calls, and correspondence with confidentiality
Serve as a primary point of contact for executives, manage confidential information, and represent executives in various capacities
Organize and facilitate high-level meetings, from preparing agendas to documenting detailed meeting minutes and following up on actionable items
Prepare reports and presentations as necessary
Provide insights and recommendations
Maintain comprehensive, secure, and organized records and files with confidentiality
Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible to the CEO and CRO and other key stakeholders
Manage all aspects of executive travel, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries
Mentor and provide guidance to junior administrative
Other related tasks that may be assigned
Requirements
At least 5 years of work experience as an executive assistant or similar role in a shared services set-up
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Process-oriented and highly attentive to details with strong sense of confidentiality
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage global stakeholders efficiently and effectively
Above-average MS Office knowledge
Ability to work independently and work under pressure
Willingness to adapt to changing business needs
