About the role

  • Executive Assistant role at the Azrieli Foundation supporting executives with high-level executive support and coordination. Requires extensive experience and strong organizational skills in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level support to the Managing Director and other executives
  • Proactively anticipate executive needs and manage complex calendars
  • Act as a gatekeeper for executive time
  • Prepare executives for meetings and engagements
  • Track executive commitments and ensure timely follow-through
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for executive leadership

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience providing executive-level support to MD, C-suite, or equivalent leadership
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong judgment and discretion
  • Highly developed organizational and prioritization skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
