About the role

Responsibilities
- Support PMO-managed IT projects across planning, execution, and closeout phases
- Assist in maintaining standardized PMO artifacts (project charters, schedules, RAID logs, status reports)
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Prepare weekly and monthly portfolio dashboards and executive-level status reports
- Support governance processes such as stage gates, approvals, and change control
- Facilitate meeting logistics, notes, and action item tracking
- Ensure projects adhere to PMO methodology, templates, and best practices
- Assist with project intake, prioritization, and portfolio tracking
- Identify process improvement opportunities within PMO workflows
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
