Requirements
- BS degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 - 8 years of progressively responsible experience actively leading projects of medium size and/or scope with complex matrixed teams
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Experience with New Product Development
- PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification or equivalent is highly preferred
- Acquired knowledge and experience in a manufacturing, shop floor environment, with product design and manufacturing execution systems
- Experience working with project management software, such as Microsoft office suite including Teams and Project
- Must be self-motivated, creative, and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical challenges.
- Highly adaptable to constantly changing technology and environments.
