About the role
- Senior IT Project Manager leading workflow automation and storage systems initiatives. Collaborating with teams to deliver projects that align with organizational goals and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives related to workflow automation and storage systems
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as necessary
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate resources, facilitate meetings, and drive communication among project participants
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
- Provide regular status updates and progress reports to leadership and stakeholders
- Foster effective partnerships with vendors and internal teams to ensure optimal solution delivery
- Evaluate and implement new technologies or processes to improve workflow efficiency and storage performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of experience in IT project management
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, including experience with workflow and storage systems
- Strong understanding of storage architectures (SAN, NAS, cloud storage) and workflow automation tools
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects
- Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent)
