About the role
- IT Project Manager leading project implementation and scaling at VoiceLine, an AI-driven SaaS startup based in München. Collaborating with internal teams and clients from pre-sales to go-live.
Responsibilities
- As a Project Manager, you play a key role in the successful implementation and scaling of our client projects.
- You manage software projects across the entire lifecycle from pre-sales/bid management to go-live.
- You coordinate internal teams, actively involve client stakeholders, and shape processes, standards, and workflows that are critical for VoiceLine's scaling.
- Close collaboration with Sales, Business Development and Solution Architects.
- Responsible for all project phases from setup and validation/design through implementation and rollout to go-live.
- Primary point of contact for internal teams and clients. Provide transparent communication about progress, risks and decisions, and coordinate all parties involved.
- Actively contribute to and further develop project management processes, standards and workflows at VoiceLine to create efficient and scalable structures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT project management, ideally in a SaaS or software environment
- Experience in bid management or pre-sales is desirable
- Strong communication and coordination skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
- Confident presence as well as moderation/facilitation and presentation skills
- Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for shaping processes
- Business-fluent German and English
