Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, particularly higher education institutions and student-focused organisations, to ensure their expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Create and execute bespoke digital marketing strategies that align with each client's specific goals of each client, with a keen understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in marketing to students and the academic community.
Collaborate with sales and creative teams to prepare compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our services.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance of campaigns, leveraging data to drive recommendations for enhancement and optimisation.
Deliver timely and precise reporting of campaign outcomes to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay informed of the latest trends and developments within the Chinese digital marketing and higher education landscapes to foster growth and innovation within your accounts.
Actively participate in client meetings and presentations, ensuring clear and impactful communication.
Identify and capitalise on opportunities for account growth and expansion.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in account management or client services, ideally within a digital marketing agency environment or an education agency.
Deep understanding of the Chinese digital marketing landscape, including proficiency with social media, search engines, and e-commerce platforms.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful digital marketing strategies, especially tailored to the needs of higher education clients.
Strong experience working with various stakeholders in the education sector, including faculty, administrators, and marketing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high proficiency in both English and Mandarin preferred.
Capability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a rigorous approach to data driven decision making.
