About the role

  • Sales Account Manager engaging with new clients for ERP, CRM, and AI solutions at Nexer Brazil. Working directly with management and C-level stakeholders to innovate business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to the company's partners
  • Focus on acquiring new clients looking for ERP, CRM, Power Platform, Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions
  • Handles process automation and provides performance-improvement insights to reduce costs, increase revenue, mitigate risks, or transform and innovate the business
  • Client interlocutors will be diverse, including management, directors and C-level stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a hunter selling enterprise technology solutions to new clients
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software, including ERP and CRM
  • Advanced English (reading, writing and speaking)
  • Reside in Porto Alegre or nearby cities within up to 100 km of the state capital
  • Willingness to travel within the Southern region and occasionally to São Paulo
  • Strong communication skills and empathy
