Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Planning: Align GTM functions to drive predictable, scalable revenue growth. Own global revenue operating model across Sales, BDR, Marketing, CS, PS, and Partners. Partner with CRO, CEO, and CFO on revenue targets, segmentation, territory design, and coverage model. Lead annual and quarterly planning (capacity, quotas, pipeline) aligned to financial goals. Establish KPI frameworks and executive dashboards.
Pigment Champion, Analytics & Insights: Model best-in-class use of Pigment and turn data into action. Drive internal adoption and showcase Pigment as a strategic operating platform. Deliver executive reporting on pipeline, velocity, retention, and expansion. Translate insights into actions that accelerate GTM performance. Ensure data governance, forecasting rigor, and predictive scenario modeling. Partner with Product and Marketing to inform roadmap and amplify customer storytelling.
Sales Operations: Optimize sales performance and productivity. Own forecasting accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and global sales process. Lead compensation design, quota setting, and territory management. Improve sales efficiency and conversion rates.
Customer and Partner Operations: Optimize end-to-end customer lifecycle and partner impact. Drive lifecycle performance and net revenue retention with Customer Success leadership. Build scalable partner performance, governance and infrastructure. Scale Professional Service processes, systems and data infrastructure.
Marketing Operations: Build a scalable, data-driven demand engine. Align marketing operations to pipeline and revenue targets. Optimize lead lifecycle, routing, and Marketing–Sales SLAs. Implement attribution and performance reporting frameworks. Drive segmentation, database governance, lead scoring framework, and demand modeling and capacity planning.
GTM Systems & Infrastructure: Enable scale through systems and automation. Own CRM and GTM tech stack strategy and architecture. Ensure seamless cross-functional system integration. Drive AI-enabled automation to improve productivity. Lead change management for global rollouts.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Operate as a strategic partner to the executive team. Act as trusted advisor to CRO and GTM leadership. Lead and scale a high-performance global RevOps organization. Partner with Finance, Strategy, and HR on planning and performance. Represent Pigment externally within the RevOps community.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree or MBA preferred
15+ years of progressive experience in Revenue, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success Operations, with prior experience leading Global Revenue Operation within Enterprise Software / SaaSProven
Proven ability to lead and scale Revenue Operations of significant scope through high growth. Ideally have seen scale at $500M+ ARR
Deep expertise in sales planning, territory design, quota setting, performance management, and incentive compensation platforms
AI-forward mindset with broad experience leveraging modern GTM systems
Executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders and operate as a trusted advisor to CRO and executive team
