Responsibilities
Retain existing VM customers while proactively winning new business
Develop and implement comprehensive account plans, including stakeholder identification and organizational mapping
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and collaborate closely with internal teams
Maintain a strong presence within accounts to provide Voice of the Customer feedback
Work closely with Engineering, Compliance and Operations
Drive monthly project updates and utilize CRM technology
Requirements
Extensive experience in international account management
Expertise in strategic sales, particularly in workshop equipment, measurement, or diagnostic products
Deep understanding of selling to VM tooling, equipment, or aftersales departments
Full professional proficiency in English and German
Strong commitment to delivering positive commercial results and achieving ambitious growth targets
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex accounts and technical tasks simultaneously
