Responsibilities
Ensure efficient partnership operations between Philips and its Partners.
Support Partner Account Managers by managing operational activities in the Partner business domain.
Cover commercial and service-related operational activities.
Train and support Partners on Philips Partner sales and services related processes and tools.
Monitor and improve sales and service process performance.
Ensure relevant Partner data and contract templates are updated in Philips systems.
Manage and drive quotation process, order-booking and supply-related activities.
Ensure end-customer IB registration per order.
Requirements
Master’s degree with 2+ years’ experience in Services Delivery, Partner Relationship Management, or equivalent.
Strong commercial mindset and strategic thinking skills.
Deep understanding of healthcare in the territory.
Ability to motivate and influence others and build trusted relationships.
