Responsibilities
Contribute to the Pipeline Generation Engine
Identify and qualify net-new accounts and contacts based on ICP, intent signals, verticals, and geographies.
Acquire account data in our ICP from various sources (LinkedIn, Paid Databases, Scraping) and add it to our CRM while applying data cleanliness practices to avoid duplication.
Ensure accurate, enriched prospect and account data within the CRM, maintaining strong data hygiene and segmentation for targeted outbound campaigns.
Drive a Data-First Culture across all Revenue Teams
Monitor outbound performance and iterate quickly based on results.
Leverage data insights to prioritise high-potential net-new accounts, improving targeting accuracy for Sales teams.
Maintain clean, reliable data flows between RevOps and Sales. Data must be easy to consume and actionable for our Sales teams.
Identify and recommend improvements to automations that support the pipeline generation motion (e.g. lead routing, enrichment, reporting).
Create simple internal tools and workflows that reduce manual work and help teams move faster.
Work closely with Sales to refine allocation strategies based on rep capacity, account potential, and engagement metrics.
Requirements
You're looking for a 6-month full-time internship
You have prior exposure to CRM, pipeline generation, or sales in a fast-paced environment; experience in SaaS or AI is a plus.
You're curious and hands-on: you enjoy learning by doing and keep integrating feedback into projects. We work by iterating fast.
You're comfortable working with data and tools, including spreadsheets and SaaS platforms.
You write and speak fluent English. German, French, Spanish, Italian are a plus.
You're based in Barcelona (or willing to relocate) and can regularly work from the office.
You're excited to learn modern GTM systems and aren't afraid to dive into unfamiliar tools.
