- Développement du pôle MOA Assurance
- Gestion des appels d'offres : rédaction, participation aux soutenances orales
- Identification de nouvelles opportunités commerciales
- Gestion et développement de la relation client
- Management d'équipe : Participation au recrutement, Accompagnement des collaborateurs
- Gestion des affections missions et des activités du pôle
- Réalisation et Pilotage de projets MOA pour nos clients
- Audits SI sur les aspects technique, fonctionnel, sécurité
- Participation à la capitalisation du savoir : études de marché, veille réglementaire et technologique
Requirements
- 8 ans minimum en conseil sur des problématiques SI dans le secteur de l’Assurance
- Solides connaissances en Assurance Vie, épargne retraite et/ ou santé prévoyance
- Expérience forte en gestion de projets, en méthodologie Agile ou cycle en V
- Connaissance des outils (Kelia, Solife, Graphtalk AIA, Cleva…)
- Expérience validée en développement commercial
- Autonomie et excellente maitrise de l’écosystème du conseil SI en Assurance
- Bon niveau d'anglais opérationnel
- Certification type PSPM est un plus.
