About the role
- Consultant MOA Assurance in Périclès Group helping insurance clients with system information projects. Engaged in tool selection, regulatory evolution, and data management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Carry out assignments with business (Maîtrise d’ouvrage) teams or IT departments (DSI) on various projects such as: selection of a new IT system from the request for proposals (RFP) through to implementation.
- Implement IT system changes related to regulatory updates or the rollout of new insurance products.
- Define the IT department roadmap.
- Address data management challenges.
- Contribute to our knowledge capitalisation (market studies, regulatory and technology monitoring, benchmarking, etc.)
Requirements
- Degree from an engineering school, business school, or a university Master’s with a specialization relevant to our business.
- Initial experience in a consulting firm operating in the insurance sector, or as an employee within an insurance group in organizational or project management roles, with good knowledge of one or more insurance business lines.
- Domain expertise in insurance is a prerequisite for the successful delivery of our projects.
- Commitment to excellence and strong client relationship skills.
- Autonomy and rigor to support rapid progression.
- Strong writing skills and proficiency with presentation tools are real assets.
