Responsibilities
Lead contract execution and ensure customer satisfaction in line with agreed commitments.
Ensure program delivery in accordance with quality, cost and schedule objectives.
Set up and coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams: engineering, production, procurement, legal, partners and subcontractors.
Chair project steering committees and produce regular reports for management and clients.
Contribute to the preparation of technical and commercial proposals: needs analysis, proposal drafting, negotiation of contractual terms and follow-up of bids through to signature.
Ensure the technical, financial and contractual coherence of each program.
Identify project risks and opportunities and propose appropriate action plans.
Contribute to the development of commercial strategy and to creating new opportunities in the defense and land mobility market.
Participate, as required, in product testing on test benches and on vehicles, in collaboration with technical teams.
Requirements
Degree from an engineering or business school or equivalent qualification with a specialization in project management, international business or engineering.
Proven experience (minimum 5–10 years) in the defense sector, land mobility or in a highly technical industrial environment.
Good knowledge of public procurement, tender processes and long sales cycles.
Strong understanding of the challenges associated with managing complex projects: planning, budget tracking, cross-functional management and coordination of technical teams.
Solid commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
Rigour, a strong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy and the ability to interact with senior stakeholders (governmental institutions, industrial partners, international partners).
Analytical mindset, curiosity and results orientation.
Excellent written communication skills in French and English (daily working languages).
Proficiency in German would be an asset.
