Responsibilities
You own the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of our Education technology ecosystem.
You ensure platforms run smoothly, provide user support, and maintain data accuracy and compliance.
You identify and implement smart solutions.
You will handle both hands-on operations (admin, troubleshooting, vendor management) and strategic improvements (automation, analytics, innovation pilots).
Manage administration of Education platforms and daily operations.
Build integrations between our tools to eliminate manual work.
Create and maintain dashboards to track key metrics.
Requirements
Speak English (level will be assessed and appreciated depending on the department you apply to)
Enjoy working in a constantly changing environment
Make collaboration a priority within your team and with other stakeholders
Have sufficient strategic perspective to prioritize high-impact business actions in your daily work
Experience in Customer Education, Operations, or Enablement roles
Experience with SaaS platforms and tech tools (bonus if you have used LMSs, community platforms, or similar)
Comfortable with integration and automation tools like Zapier or Make
Ability to work with data: build dashboards, spot trends, extract insights
Fluency in French and English.
