Responsibilities
- Perform accounting entries and bank reconciliations autonomously
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements
- Calculate direct and indirect taxes, ensuring compliance with current legislation
- Participate in monthly and annual accounting closes
- Provide support for internal and external audits
- Support improvements to accounting processes and routines
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably in accounting advisory/services firms
- Strong skills in bank reconciliations and accounting entries
- Practical knowledge of accounting systems; experience with Domínio (Thomson Reuters) is required
- Analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Degree completed or in progress in Accounting is a plus
- Experience with ERP platforms
- Good communication and client relationship skills
- Experience with accounting closes and audits
