About the role
- Deal Desk Analyst at Payscale managing quotes and contracts in Salesforce CPQ. Supporting Sales Operations team to enhance revenue efficiency through streamlined processes and clear data.
Responsibilities
- Creating and updating Quotes in Salesforce CPQ according to the Revenue and Customer Success Approval Matrix.
- Processing requests via email and Salesforce queues to update language, formatting and/or Order details on an Order Form within SLAs.
- Coordinating with Finance or Legal to approve non-standard requests and then set up CPQ and Salesforce accordingly in order to execute.
- Reviewing, compiling and sending clean copies of contracts for signature via DocuSign.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a sales support, contracting, or deal desk role
- Experience with Salesforce and SaaS accounting principles
