Responsibilities

Requirements
5+ years relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Partnership Management with banks, acquirers, processors, and payment service providers
Contract & Commercial Oversight to negotiate agreements and manage SLAs
Operational Excellence in payment processing performance
Optimization experience in transaction data analysis
Innovation & Growth through partnership with internal stakeholders
Issue Resolution coordination with partners
Market Intelligence to stay ahead of payment industry trends
