Responsibilities
Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
Prepare paperwork and schedules for a smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.
Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience.
Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 years of experience working on a multinational HR/People Team in a startup environment, in a HR department.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
Ability to work independently and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
