Responsibilities
Design processes to be scalable and efficient
Lead and take ownership of cross-functional projects
Work closely with operational teams in day-to-day operations
Have direct impact on key OKR initiatives
Break down complex business requirements into clear problem definitions
Develop concrete project plans with milestones and measurable outputs
Manage complex, cross-functional projects
Act proactively and independently to implement essential project components
Creatively identify and apply new tools
Serve as a sparring partner and point of contact for departments on process improvements
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or a related field
3+ years of experience in high-performance environments such as consulting, investment banking, VC-backed startups, or scale-ups
Technically savvy with experience in scalable processes
Fluent in German and English (minimum C1) both spoken and written
Strong project and stakeholder management skills
Hypothesis-driven, iterative, and with a clear business focus
