About the role

  • Head of Sales leading a SaaS sales team at an innovative document automation platform. Drive sales and recruitment while collaborating with the Management Board at Parashift.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Leadership: As a Member of the Management Board, you work directly with the CEO to heavily shape the overall Go-to-Market execution of Parashift.
  • The Enterprise Rainmaker (Player): Before you scale, you sell. You personally lead the charge into the market, targeting document-heavy industries such as Transport & Logistics to secure midmarket and enterprise deals. You show the team at the front how it's done.
  • Build & Scale the Sales Engine (Coach): You actively recruit and build the next generation of Parashift sales talent. You codify your winning playbook (sales cycles, objection handling, pitch decks) to scale the team massively.
  • Master Inbound & Outbound Motions: You ruthlessly exploit our inbound pipeline generated by marketing. At the same time, you know how to hunt: You design and execute an uncompromising outbound strategy to proactively break into top-tier midsize and enterprise accounts.
  • Solution Selling: You don't sell "APIs". You sell massive process efficiency, Smart-Triage, and completely autonomous workflows. You position Parashift as the ultimate cure for the business pain of COOs.

Requirements

  • The "Rising Star" Profile: You are currently a highly successful Senior AE, Sales Director, or Team Lead at a high-growth B2B SaaS company. You are ready and absolutely hungry for the ultimate step to take on revenue ownership at the executive board level.
  • Midsize & Enterprise SaaS DNA: You have a proven history of successfully closing complex, high-ticket Midsize and Enterprise SaaS deals. You confidently navigate multi-stakeholder environments and procurement processes.
  • The Transport & Logistics Sweet Spot (Massive Plus!): Experience selling into the Transport & Logistics sector, as well as an existing network of contacts (freight forwarders, carriers, 3PLs) in this industry, is a **huge advantage** and a strong catalyst for your start with us.
  • The Player-Coach Mentality: You love the thrill of the close just as much as building a team. You have zero ego when it comes to doing the heavy lifting in a complex sales cycle yourself.
  • Ambition & Grit: You possess maximum motivation, an extreme work ethic, and the absolute will to win.
  • Languages: Native German and Fluent English are mandatory. French is highly beneficial.
